MF was founded to respond to South Sudan’s economic hardship with the objective of:
- poverty eradication among communities by establishing a healthy community through food production by farming and agro business as a way of poverty eradication.
- improving access to and quality of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene services by strengthening the health facilities and advocate for creation of policies that will ensure sustainable health services for all communities;
- meeting the urgent need for shelters, basic medical services, hygiene and sanitation, protection and SGBV concerns, education gaps, community conflicts and food insecurity;
- addressing the human rights violations and abuses of the rule of law;
- improving the existing education system for a self-reliant community with an attitude of positive engagement towards social-economic advancement;
- promoting non-violence society through peace building; conferences and public rallies, empowerment/ entrepreneurial skills training and civic education, create/ drill water dams/ reservoirs for agro-pastoralists communities;
- advocating for equal representation of youth and women at all levels of the government;
- developing a sustainable steady network with other stakeholders; the government, organised groups, Institutions and Individuals to help promote the value of human life of every Sovereign Individual; and,
- establishing and maintaining a resource centre for developing, receiving and disseminating information.
